Mark Loehr

Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of OpenExchange, Inc. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Loehr served as Chief Executive Officer of Soundview Technology Group (SNDV). In 2004, when Soundview was acquired by the Charles Schwab Corporation, Mr. Loehr served as an Executive Vice President at Charles Schwab through 2005. Prior to Soundview, he was Director in Investment Banking of the company's predecessor, Wit Capital. Mr. Loehr has worked exclusively in the financial field since he graduated from college. He was with Smith Barney from 1978 to 1983, and from 1994 to 1999 where he served as President of Smith Barney Pacific, Head of Global Equity Sales, and Head of Equity Capital Markets. Mr. Loehr also spent eleven years with CS First Boston, from 1983 to 1994, serving as Co-Head U.S. Equity Capital Markets and Head of US Listed Equity Trading. Mr. Loehr currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Proctor Academy and the Town of Sutton Budget Committee. Mr. Loehr is a graduate of Cornell University (BA '78).

Doug Ashton

Doug is the Founder of OpenExchange Communications. Doug has over fifteen years of senior level buy and sell-side technology, media and telecommunication equity research experience investment banks such as Bear Stearns, Jefferies and Co. Pythar Capital, First Horizon, and Tucker Anthony Sutro, and in the independent research industry. Doug was the first Information Technology research analyst at Jefferies, covering Telecommunications Equipment, and while at Jefferies was the first analyst on Wall Street to cover Telecommunications Software as a distinct industry group, He was the author of Saving Telecom, a 500-page report that shipped over 10,000 copies. Doug began his career at the American Enterprise Institute in Washington, DC and has earned B.A., JD, M.B.A. and LL.M degrees from Eckerd College, Widener University and Georgetown University.

Jeffrey Beir

Jeffrey Beir is currently the Founding Partner at Between Novels, Co-Founder and angel investor at RoadAhead, and an advisor and investor at Krush. Jeffrey’s entire career has been focused on founding, building and growing technology businesses, as an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor. Jeffrey was a General Partner at North Bridge Venture Partners from 2004-2009, was Executive Vice President, Products at Documentum/EMC, Co-Founder, President & CEO of eRoom Technology, and Senior VP, Applications at Lotus Development.  He was an investor and board member at Awareness, Spring CM, Firm 58, Newforma, and Currensee and remains on the Board of Trustees, Museum of Science, Boston. Jeffrey attended Northwestern University (BS EE' 79), Syracuse University (MS EE '83), and Harvard Business School (MBA '85).

Andy Detwiler

Andy is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Virtua Research. Andy was President and Director of Detwiler, Mitchell, & Co. and CEO of their broker-dealer subsidiary. Fechtor Detwiler. At Fechtor, Andy also served as Managing Director of Capital Markets, Director of Research, and Head of Institutional Sales. Andy has a B.S. from the University of Vermont.

Lloyd Feller

Lloyd is Senior Counsel at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Lloyd was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Jefferies Group Inc., from December 2002 to December 31, 2010 and Jefferies & Company, Inc. until December 31, 2010. From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Feller was the Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of SoundView Technology Group Inc. Prior to joining SoundView’s predecessor, Wit Capital Group in 1999, Mr. Feller was a Partner of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP, where he was the leader of Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP’s securities regulation practice group. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 1979, he served as an Associate Director of the Division at Market Regulation of the SEC in charge of the office of Market Structure and Trading Practices.

Herb Hunt

Herbert I. Hunt, III founded H.I.Hunt & Company in 1992 and serves as its Principal. Mr. Hunt co-founded StoneHedge Partners, Inc. in 2002 and serves as its Founding Partner and Member of Management Board. At H.I. Hunt & Company, he developed one of the most respected financial services search firms in the US and UK marketplaces. For two decades, Mr. Hunt has been recruiting key personnel for leading investment management firms. He joined R.M. Wax & Associates, an international search firm focusing in corporate finance, in 1984. He is retained by many of the Country's Financial Services Firms to fill key personnel positions. He is a well-known figure amongst the professional investment community in both Boston and New York. Mr. Hunt serves as an Outside Director of StoneHedge Partners, Inc. He served as a Director of RoomLinX Inc. from May 2000 to July 31, 2008. He sits on the board of directors of several private companies. Mr. Hunt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Logistics from Northeastern University.

Stu Robbins – Chairman

Mr. Robbins spent 33 years in the investment banking industry prior to his retirement in 2000. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Robbins served as Managing Director of Global Equities and as a member of the Board of Directors of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. From 1987 to 1994, he was Managing Director and Director of Research for DLJ. While at DLJ, he was also Chair of DLJ International (Equities), Chair of Autranet and a member of DLJ's Executive Committee. Mr. Robbins also represented DLJ as a Director of First Call, one of Wall Street's leading information providers. Since 2000, Mr. Robbins has participated in various business, consulting and charitable activities, including services as Chair of the Board of Directors of SoundView Technology Group, a securities and investment banking firm, an independent research provider specializing in technology research, from 2002 to 2004, leading up to its merger with Charles Schwab. Mr. Robbins also served as a Director of Archipelago Holdings, a leading electronic securities exchange, from its initial public offering through its merger with the New York Stock Exchange in March 2006. Before 1987, Mr. Robbins was a research analyst and retail industry specialist and was designated an Institutional Investor All Star analyst for 10 consecutive years.

Bud Roberston

Norman (Bud) Robertson, recently retired as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration, and Chief Financial Officer at Progress Software. Bud was responsible for all financial operations and investor relations for the company, as well as administrative functions including human resources, legal, production and distribution, Information Technology and facilities. Robertson joined Progress Software in May of 1996. For over 30 years, he has managed the financial direction of various public and private technology companies including M/A-COM, Digital Equipment Corporation and General Motors.
